All tithes are forwarded to the Vanuatu Mission/South Pacific Division. Local church offerings fund operations, outreach, and ministry. Sabbath School and mission offerings support global Adventist mission work. This report is prepared in accordance with SDA Church Manual and Treasurer's Manual standards.

Watch Live

Manage the livestream shown on the public Watch Live page, and the archive of recorded services.

Live Stream Settings
Paste a YouTube or Facebook Live link — it will be converted to an embeddable player automatically. You can also paste an embed link directly from another streaming provider.
Shown behind the "Watch Us Live" header, with a light dark overlay so text stays readable. Use a wide, landscape photo (roughly 1600×650px, about a 2.5:1 ratio) — tall poster/flyer graphics will get cropped since the header is wider than it is tall. The most important part of the image should be centred, as the top and bottom edges may be trimmed slightly on different screen sizes.

When "we are live now" is unchecked, the Watch Live page shows an offline message with the schedule instead of the player. Toggle it on right before your service starts, and off again once you finish. As a safety net, the Watch Live page automatically stops showing the player on its own after 4 hours even if this box is left checked by mistake — but it's still best to uncheck it here once you're done, since this box itself will still show as "on" until you do.
Add Special Broadcast
Use this for one-off livestreams outside your normal weekly schedule — a revival, guest speaker, or special program. These appear on the Watch Live page under "Upcoming Special Broadcasts" (automatically hidden once the date has passed), and visitors can share each one via WhatsApp or their phone's share menu.

Add Additional Livestream
Shown below the main livestream on the Watch Live page — use this only when needed (an overflow room, a translated feed, a youth service running at the same time, etc.). The main livestream above is unaffected and always remains the primary stream. Add one here and it appears immediately; delete it and it disappears immediately.
Shown with a Play button until clicked, instead of loading the stream right away. Leave blank on a YouTube link and the thumbnail fills in automatically — otherwise paste an image URL (Cloudinary works well).

Add Recorded Video
Paste a Cloudinary video URL, a Google Drive share link, or a YouTube/Facebook video link. Each is played correctly on the site automatically — no extra steps needed.
YouTube thumbnails are pulled in automatically. For Cloudinary or Google Drive videos, paste a thumbnail image URL here — otherwise a plain play-button card is shown instead.
Cloudinary: paste the direct video URL (from your Cloudinary Media Library, ends in .mp4 or similar) — plays instantly with native controls.
Google Drive: set sharing to "Anyone with the link can view", then paste the share link (e.g. drive.google.com/file/d/…/view).
YouTube / Facebook: paste the normal video link — no need to grab an embed code.

Venue
Plain text address only — shown on the page as-is. Don't paste a Google Maps link here (it won't display correctly).
How to get coordinates: open Google Maps, find and right-click the exact venue location, then click the coordinates that appear at the top of the menu (e.g. "-17.7404, 168.3145") to copy them — paste the two numbers into the fields above. This pins the map precisely; without it, the map falls back to searching the address text, which is far less reliable (and won't work at all if a Maps link is pasted into the address field instead of coordinates here).

Shown as a photo gallery on the Venue section of bhsda.app/v4c — visitors can click any photo to view it larger. Add as many as you like.

OneVoice27 — Promo Videos

Manage the promotional/launch videos shown on the OneVoice27 mission page (bhsda.app/onevoice27). The first published video (by Display Order) appears as the featured video in the page's hero section; any additional videos appear in the Watch & Share gallery further down the page.

Visitors click a thumbnail to play the video inline with full sound and controls, with an option to enlarge it. The video with the lowest Display Order becomes the featured video in the page's hero section, regardless of Pillar; every other video is grouped under its matching Pillar card in the Watch & Share section (or under "More Videos" if left uncategorized).
